5. Returns and Refunds Policy

5.3 Return Process

Our return process includes the following steps:

• Contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
• Receive Return Authorization Number and instructions
• Securely pack the product in original packaging
• Ship using provided label or to our warehouse address
• Wait for inspection and processing (3-5 business days)

5.4 Refund Information

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return approval
• Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after return approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened but undamaged items (excluding defective products).
